Intellectual Property

When creating an account, you are responsible for its security and for keeping your information accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts used illegally or in violation of these Terms.

Sale of Services

Membership subscriptions and other services are payable in full when ordered. Information and images about our services are as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee complete accuracy. Orders may be modified, rejected, or canceled; refunds are issued if we cancel after payment.

Third Party & User Goods and Services

Our Site may feature third-party goods/services or allow users to sell their own. We do not assume responsibility for those goods/services. We reserve the right to suspend users who violate these Terms.

Subscriptions & Free Trial

Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. Fees are non-refundable, and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. EduKiddo may terminate memberships at its discretion. A 7-day free trial is available for new users; the subscription converts to a paid plan unless canceled before trial end. Cancel via account settings or by contacting support.

Payments & Refunds

We accept credit cards. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified instrument. All membership fees are non-refundable; no partial refunds are offered. Refunds or credits may be issued only for documented billing errors or service interruptions.

Consumer Protection

These Terms are subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Mandatory provisions under those laws will prevail if a conflict arises.

We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from our Site. Review their terms and privacy policies before use.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

EDUKIDDO INNOVATIONS INC. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from Site use. By using the Site, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims resulting from your use or violation of these Terms.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Disputes will first be submitted to non-binding mediation, except that either party may pursue small claims or injunctive relief.
